Fit For Life
Fit For life is a 24 hour fitness studio located in Remuera Auckland. Our gym members benefit from close supervision by our experienced trainers during our normal gym hours (6am – 6pm Mon-Friday). In addition, our gym is a 24-hour facility which allows our members to come in via swipe card access at any time of the day or night and on any day in the calendar year.
Our service is not confined to the 4 walls of our gym. We train our clients in Remuera, Eastern Bays and Central Auckland at their homes, in their offices and / or local parks trails. Our trainers run a variety of Bootcamp and Outdoor Exercise Classes each day at a range of times. Non-Gym members are welcome to partake in any of our classes on a casual basis. All of our classes are run by experienced trainers who pride themselves on delivering a quality service which is both enjoyable and effective in helping you towards your Health, Injury Rehabilitation, Weight Loss and Fitness Goals.
Fit For Life offer Home Exercise Programs. Our programs can be designed to complete at your home or office with a minimum of exercise equipment. You have full access to detailed photos and descriptions on how to complete each exercise within your tailored program.

Our Philosophy in Injury Rehabilitation
Our goal is to provide an exceptional service where we teach our clients to gain control over their own Health / Fitness / or Injury. To ensure longterm health benefits, we focus our attention on factors which our clients can control. We teach our clients practical steps on how to implement positive changes in their Diet, Daily Activity Levels and their Exercise habits so as to achieve long term Health, Fitness and Weight loss. Factors such as posture deviations, movement dysfunctions and muscle imbalances which can all contribute to pain or injury are assessed and we show our clients how to manage these so as to prevent future pain or re-injury.
By correcting these issues we are able to provide the means to maintain long term changes. We aim to continue our client’s progress beyond feeling comfortable. We want to enhance the way our clients live and in doing so, help improve their Health and Fitness to where they are able to live an active and full lifestyle.
Our Experience in Delivering these Programs
Fit for Life Gym was initially created to help bridge the gap between the hands on Physical Therapies and General Exercise. Due to the success of the early Rehabilitation Programs, we extended our service to members of the public whose goals were to improve their General Health / Fitness and Weight Loss. We now have an experienced team of trainers who specialize in Injury Rehabilitation, Weight Loss and Sports Specific Conditioning. Fit For Life Gym has developed into a specialized Fitness Studio which now provides Personal Training, Personalized Fitness Assessments, Tailored Exercise Programs, and a range of Classes which are run on-site at Fit For Life Gym and also at various outdoor locations in Remuera, Eastern Bays and Central Auckland. We have also expanded to the Bay of Plenty where we run outdoor Bootcamps as well as Corporate Events and Fitness Weekends.
Fit For Life's services have developed to where we now can extend our services beyond the confides of our gym. We offer Home-Based Programs which are monitored via the Phone or Internet. Our programs are designed to complete at your home or office with a minimum of exercise equipment. You have full access to detailed photos and descriptions on how to complete each exercise within your tailored program. These programs are updated as you improve to ensure your continued success.
