the strength of the gym is the experienced trainers/coaches in setting us all up with appropriate maintenance programmes that work effectively and safely on strengthening our weaknesses and overcoming our associated aches and pains. The communication between Hoani, his trainers and Remuera Physiotherapy has been invaluable. My Physiotherapist is able to provide guidance to Hoani so that together the programmes they develop are most effective

Proper dieting lost me around 25 kg's before I began to plateau. At that point I knew I had to confront my arch nemesis: exercise. I'm not going to say Olly makes it completely painless, but I don't think I would have the discipline to go it alone. I have lost an additional 15 kg's so far and am keeping it off with Olly's help

I hadn't run since school, the first run I went on lasted 200m. With guidance we extended to where I felt confident to enter into a 10km run series. Running and exercise was very much a chore for me in the beginning, while I am not a gym junkie yet, I enjoyed training and even started to enjoy the running...I have lost weight and toned up and feel more productive now I am fit and healthy
