Sean is a qualified Personal Trainer having graduated with a Sport and Recreation degree from AUT in 2006. Since then, he has built a successful personal training business and an impressive reputation in helping a huge number of clients with different goals and needs achieve great results. Sean runs regular bootcamp training sessions and group fitness classes. These classes challenge participants beyond what they would achieve by themselves and cater for a range of abilities. Sean has played Soccer at National League level for a number of clubs and he enjoys watching and participating in a range of sports and leisure activities.
